From a very young age I had a great connection with nature. I was always influenced by countryside food harvested in a natural way and cooked very healthy. My desire to keep eating healthy encouraged me to open a vegetarian restaurant on this island. It all started in my own kitchen delivering vegetarian orders to customers and 2 years later Green Food Service was born.
